Doosan’s DNM 5-axis machining centers (the DNM 200 5AX and DNM 350-5AX) allow precision manufacturers to machine parts to completion in a single set-up (3 + 2 or full simultaneous 5-axis machining).
Their versatility means they can be used for high-accuracy machining, heavy metal removal and fine finishing operations.
The machines can be supplied with either a Fanuc, Heidenhain or Siemens control, and have a choice of spindle speeds (12,000/20,000rpm).
Tool changer capacity can also be specified (30/40/60 position), and the machines’ 5-axis capability is delivered by a rotary tilting table – A-axis (tilt) is 150 degrees and C-axis (rotary) is 360 degrees.

The Doosan DNM 5AX Series is compatible with Fanuc, Siemens and Heidenhain.
The Mills CNC Projects' Team, incorporating experienced engineers, will undertake a site survey and create a tailored machine delivery and installation plan that is pre-agreed with customers.
The project team will then manage the whole process and act as a seamless interface between the customer, Mills CNC and any required 3rd party specialist service providers through delivery, installation and commissioning of the machine
