The integration of a machining center with a turning center provides unmatched flexibility and productivity, enabling manufacturers to machine parts completely with just one machine.
Doosan’s MX-series mill-turn machines can undertake simple turning and milling operations right through to more complex, multi-axis simultaneous operations.
The MX machines’ Y-axis and integrated B-axis increases the range of milling operations that can be handled.
Depending on the model – MX machines can be supplied with a tailstock, a bottom turret, and a second spindle.
There are three different sized MX models: MX 1600 (6” chuck/51mm bar capacity); MX 2100 (8” chuck/65mm bar capacity) and MX 2600 (10″ chuck/76mm bar capacity).

The Doosan Puma MX Series is compatible with Fanuc and Siemens.
The Mills CNC Projects' Team, incorporating experienced engineers, will undertake a site survey and create a tailored machine delivery and installation plan that is pre-agreed with customers.
The project team will then manage the whole process and act as a seamless interface between the customer, Mills CNC and any required 3rd party specialist service providers through delivery, installation and commissioning of the machine
