Whilst this doesn’t happen too often with Doosan or DN Solutions machines – it’s good to know that if, or when, it does that Mills CNC is on hand to provide immediate assistance to customers through our spare and replacement parts operation.
We hold over £4m of OE parts at our Technology Campus facility which, working in conjunction with our class leading Service and Logistics Operations, ensures fast (same day or next day) delivery of parts to customers.
Discounted Wear and Replacement Parts
Customers taking out a 12-month Mills CNC Servicing Agreement on their DN Solutions or Doosan machine can take advantage of discounted approved wear and replacement parts.
Along with discounted labour call-out charges, this makes Mills CNC’s Servicing Agreements an attractive, cost-effective way of ensuring that our customers’ CNC machines are always ready to put in a great performance.
